The Lakeside School community came together on Nov. 7 for its annual Veterans Day ceremony, a special event organized to honor and thank those who have served in the United States Armed Forces. 

 In honor of Veterans Day, Student Council members planted flags around the front entrance of Birch School. Fifth graders also displayed their patriotic spirit by wearing red, white, and blue.
