Kindergarten students at Birch School celebrated the birthday of beloved children’s author Dr. Seuss with a week of literacy-themed fun and special activities.

To share the spirit of Valentine’s Day with the broader community, sixth-grade students at Norman J. Levy Lakeside School in Merrick prepared 1,876 cold-cut sandwiches on Feb. 13 for donation.
